Other activities:

Sunday: Sandy, Justin, Aaronica get in on Sunday.  If they do not get in too late, this would be the only time for shuffleboard (Royal Palms shuffleboard is closed the rest of the week).  Certainly not a necessity but always fun.

Monday: Bar trivia at Lottie’s Pub at 7 PM (I did call and confirm that trivia is not cancelled for the holidays).  They did suggest reservations so if anyone is interested, please let me know.

Tuesday: Ken and Chieko arrive in Chicago.  Some are visiting grave sites.  Dinner at Avli at 5 PM

Wednesday (Xmas): dinner per Chieko

Thursday: Perhaps breakfast/brunch with Ken/Chieko.  Ken/Chieko leaving this day.  2 PM Escape Room (Linda, Laura, Sandy, Justin, Aaronica).  If anyone else wants to join, we have a private room so this is easy to accommodate.  Dinner at (Old Pueblo Cantina (Justin’s request).  It is around the corner from my house and has great Mexican food.  Everyone welcome.

We will meet for trivia on Monday night (P&A), Christmas Eve dinner (P,A &E) and brunch (P&A) with Ken & Chieko on Thursday morning.

Since we (still) don’t like escape rooms, lol, we have made alternate plans on Thursday. 

So by way of an update:

Late last week, Aaronica tested positive for covid, but Justin did not. After the same test results persisted for several days, they decided to stay home. Ken and Chieko canceled their hotel reservation and are staying in the Airbnb that they had reserved. Should A+J both test negative on the 24th, they may drive to Chicago on Xmas day; fingers crossed.

Because of these changes, we will have a Jackbox game night, probably on the evening of the 24th, hosted by Justin. If the 25th is better for you, text Justin ASAP.
