Info on the graves of France Jr, Josephine, and Margie, in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, River Grove (western suburb of Chicago), Illinois:

The info provided by the cemetery and its website is INCORRECT.

The correct location of the graves (two headstones, one for France Jr and one combined stone for Josephine and Margie):

The headstones are in the fifth row from the end (the first row runs along the low embankment; the yellow drain in the street is between the third and fourth rows). The headstones are about 35 yards (35 large paces) from the road (walking along the fifth row).

I am working on retrieving data from the old message board and presenting it in an easy-to-understand format. I would also like to retrieve all the recipes from the cookbook section of the old website.

In the meantime, this is a pdf with all of the family contact info and wish list information. Note that some kind of Adobe-specific font seems to have been used; when I opened this in Acrobat, I could read the info but could not copy it. You may have better luck opening it in a non-Adobe app; I have been using Chrome.

Fraud prevention: freeze your credit records

I think I had pointed this out on our previous website as well. Freezing your credit at all three of the major credit agencies is essential to protect yourself from fraud:

As the article points out, though, it is not sufficient--you can still be scammed by someone posing as e.g. a bank official, a Social Security employee, etc.
